Worked as a Web Development Intern where I contributed to the design and development of responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Assisted in building dynamic modules such as user registration, login authentication, and dashboard interfaces. Collaborated with the development team to debug code, optimize performance, and implement responsive layouts across devices. Gained hands-on experience with version control (Git) and real-time collaboration tools in an Agile environment.
Developed a web-based application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL to evaluate and track employee performance within an organization. The system enables administrators to manage employee profiles, assign tasks, define evaluation criteria, and generate performance reports. It features secure login modules for both admin and employees, a task tracking interface, and an automated scoring system based on predefined metrics. This project was designed to streamline performance management, improve productivity, and support data-driven decision-making in HR operations.
